Matrix Group, a digital agency in the Washington DC area specializing in web design, development, AMS, integration, branding, mobile and e-marketing services, recently launched a completely redesigned website for the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA).
ELFA is the trade association that represents financial services companies and manufacturers in U.S. equipment finance, a $1 trillion-a-year industry. Besides helping businesses get the equipment they need to function and grow, ELFA provides members opportunities to connect with peers and experts for networking and education, delivers the latest industry information and advocates for the industry on Capitol Hill and in the states.
ELFA’s previous website had served the association well, providing members access to publicly available information and members-only content that required a login. As styles and technological capabilities advanced, the previous website became less able to do what the association needed. ELFA has collaborated with us for a long time, so they reached out to us to modernize their website, knowing we would develop solutions that fit their needs and budget.
After the full process of interviews, research, design, and development, we launched their new website, which:
Has a modern, expansive design that evokes friendly professionalism and leadership.
Is mobile-friendly and is connected to ELFA’s social media channels. Matrix Group implemented a responsive design, which lets anyone have an excellent web experience of this website no matter what device they use.
Integrates with their association management system (AMS) and features the single sign-on experience, which drives the dynamic members-only content and prices that are a benefit of ELFA membership.
Uses an updated information architecture. This means an updated taxonomy that populates topic-based pages, as well as an intuitive navigation. Together, these make it easier than ever for visitors to locate what they need quickly.
- Has a new, robust site search.
- Is a Sitefinity implementation. This content management system (CMS) makes it simple for association staff to keep the website fresh and up-to-date.
“Our primary goal was to create an engaging website that is easy to use and provides high-quality information for our constituents, based on feedback from ELFA members,” said Amy Vogt, ELFA Vice President for Communications and Marketing.
“The new ELFAonline.org is designed to help visitors connect with each other, access critical information and make sound decisions. We look forward to continuing to grow the site, taking advantage of our new content management system to provide dynamic and relevant content to our members into the future.”
ELFA also announced the launch in a recent press release.
