SOCAP International is a global association representing customer care and engagement professionals.


With customers making buying decisions based on how they feel they’re being treated, SOCAP wanted its website to support its mission and provide its members with the tools and resources they to help them succeed.

Matrix Group worked with SOCAP to design a powerful experience for its members, and position its brand as the leading organization for customer care professionals. This included creating a more modern design that represents the customer care industry and enhanced integration between the public site and the password protected sections.
