Matrix Group Launches Redesigned Website for Mark G. Anderson Consultants

July 06, 2012

Matrix Group, a web design and development agency in the Washington DC area, announces the launch of a redesigned website for Mark G. Anderson Consultants (MGAC).

MGAC is an award winning firm that supports corporations, institutions and the government in meeting the complexity of achieving their organizational objectives through their design, construction, facilities and procurement projects. The firm has worked on high profiled projects throughout the world, including projects at the National Zoo, Madame Tussauds and the International Spy Museum in Washington DC.

MGAC wanted to redesign its website to fully showcase its wealth of experience and diverse portfolio. The firm also wanted to focus on its strengths and industry competencies. Finally, it needed a content management system to allow its marketing team to control the website’s content.

MGAC partnered with Matrix Group to make this vision into a reality. Here’s what we did:

  • Developed the website with a strong understanding of the site's key target audiences and goals in mind, designing wireframes, black and white schematics, to highlight the company’s projects and capabilities.
  • Created a sophisticated design that conveys the firm’s brand and presents it as a global firm.  One of the key goals of the site was to showcase its wealth of knowledge and expertise through its extensive portfolio. Matrix Group designed and implemented an isotope design on the homepage to feature projects, testimonials, etc.
  • Implemented theSitefinity content management system.  One of the key goals was to give MGAC’s marketing the ability to manage the site’s content and keep it fresh and up to date.

"The new website well reflects our team, our experience, and our brand,” says President Mark Anderson. “Conveying that message in a website can be a difficult challenge. Matrix Group accomplished this in a unique and graphically exciting way.  We could not be happier with the outcome."
