MatrixMaxx 12.1 Adds New Enhancements to Meetings and Committee Management for Associations

Matrix Group, a leading web design and development agency in the Washington DC metro area, announces the release of MatrixMaxx 12.1, the latest version of its association management software (AMS).
Meetings and conferences are a highly valued membership benefit for most associations, and this makes the Meetings tab the most used of all the MatrixMaxx modules. With the 12.1 release, MeetingMaxx added new upgrades that help association staff better manage meeting creations and registrations. These enhancements include:

  •  The ability to turn off badge fields for individual meetings (i.e., keep badges on for the annual meeting and off for a webinar series)
  • Ability to add times and time zones to meetings for enhanced personal calendar integration
  • New WWW meeting attendee rosters
  • Upgrades to meeting notification email functionality

In addition to meetings' enhancements, MatrixMaxx has also upgraded MembershipMaxx to provide more staff control of the WWW "My Profile" pages. The AMS team has also unveiled its newest profile management function, "My Committees". The "My Committees" function is anticipated to grow over the coming year, to include committee-specific rosters, calendars and documents.
