The National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES) had a large goal for its 2016 Biennial Conference: Increase attendance within specific target audiences, namely Heads of Schools and Chaplains.
NAES turned to Matrix Group for help since we designed, implemented, host and manage their website, membership database (MatrixMaxx) and email newsletters. Using a case study format, David Schnabel, CAE Communications & Events Manager at NAES, and Joanna Pineda, CEO at Matrix Group, will describe the six-month long effort to help NAES reach its goal. They will explore how together we:
- Ran a bunch of reports against MatrixMaxx and Google Analytics
- Completed further integration between MatrixMaxx and Google Analytics so that NAES can know which campaigns are driving traffic, how members are interacting with the website, and which campaigns ultimately resulted in registrations
- Developed a targeted messaging strategy
- Ultimately integrated web, email, phone and social marketing
Did NAES reach its goal? Yes! But to find out how and why, you'll need to sign up for our next webinar. David is an engaging and thoughtful speaker and you'll learn so much from this 5-person organization that was able to do so much in six short months. We hope you'll join us!
