About the presenters:
Tim Zanker is the Owner and President of O’Keefe Communications, LLC. Tim has more than 30 years of experience in the communications business, working with a broad range of businesses, trade associations and non-profits. He has successfully orchestrated over 400 events for O’Keefe and in the process, has earned a reputation as one of the best live and virtual event producers in the business. Tim has a unique combination of skills rarely seen in these industries, one that marries experience in production management with a thorough understanding of the creative and artistic aspects of the entertainment industry. Tim studied Photography and Filmmaking at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
As CEO and Chief Troublemaker of Matrix Group, Joanna Pineda helps her clients increase membership, retain and engage members with compelling member offerings, reach new audiences with a clear brand, and streamline back office operations with awesome integrations.
Joanna's staff and clients call her Chief Troublemaker because she likes to think outside the box, question reality, and ask the hard questions so stuff gets done. Her mantra: Make it up, make it happen.
As Senior Producer at O’Keefe Communications, LLC, Rachel Schwerin brings a creative eye and narrative voice to content development, storytelling, and remote presenter coordination for virtual events and video production. She works closely with clients to distill their messaging and engage their audiences. In the new remote normal, she's reimaging what it means to bring people together with powerful content. Prior to joining the O’Keefe team, Rachel taught undergraduate writing and worked as a freelance designer. She holds a BA in Visual Art from Wesleyan University and an MFA in Creative Writing from Columbia University.
Wilhelm Hesse is a Video Producer - O’Keefe Communications, LLC. With expert skills in cinematography, editing, and IT, Wilhelm is on the cutting edge of innovative programming for virtual events. He leads high-end production teams when filming on location, in green screen studios, and at client locations across the country. He collaborates with livestream technicians and recently engineered a professional camera kit that can be remote controlled for presenter recordings. His creative sensibility combined with his tech savvy are pivotal to bringing events to life on virtual screens. A native of Ghana, Wilhelm graduated from American University with an MA in Producing for Film, Video and TV.
