MatrixMaxx Support Center

MatrixMaxx clients have unlimited access to our exclusive support center, which offers everything from basic 'Getting Started' tutorials to 'tips & tricks' and more. Our team is constantly adding new content, and the user community may add comments and tips as well.

Quarterly Overview Sessions

Each quarter, MatrixMaxx upgrades to a new version. Clients are invited to an exclusive, complimentary overview and training session to see the new changes in action, ask questions, and make suggestions.

MatrixMaxx Trainings

Whether you're new to the team or need a refresher, our annual webinar training series offers something for you. We cover everything from "getting started" to advanced functions that can help you with your job. 

MatrixMaxx Town Hall

Hear Ye! Hear Ye!  Once a year, we invite clients to discuss upcoming release ideas and guide the direction of the product. We've never added a single feature to our product over the last decade that has not been requested by at least one user. We firmly believe in user-driven development.

Custom Training Services

The basic functionality of MatrixMaxx is as easy as 'point and click,' but training tailored specifically to your association's needs can pay tremendous dividends down the road. All implementations include training upon initial launch, but as your team grows and changes you may need some refresher training or advanced techniques.

We can train you online or come to your location. If you have your own online collaboration account (e.g., WebEx or GoToMeeting), we are delighted to use it so that you may record the training for future use. Contact us to schedule a training
