Director of Marketing
As the Director of Marketing at Matrix Group, Leah helps develop, execute and manage effective marketing campaigns for both clients and Matrix Group alike. Leah has extensive experience in content creation, email and digital marketing and has a passion for developing creative, actionable marketing campaigns that help associations and non-profits engage their audiences, better serve their members, and exceed their most lofty goals.
Leah brings a unique mix of expertise to Matrix Group. Before devoting her professional career to marketing and business development, she worked as a program director for an education and welfare-focused community development NGO in Managua, Nicaragua. She also worked for Virginia Tech, her alma mater, helping to develop and launch the university’s Building Emergency Coordinator program. While Leah has ten years of official digital marketing experience under her belt, she has also been deeply involved in marketing initiatives since the age of 15, when she began assisting with marketing for her family’s thriving small business. Leah holds a BS in Resource Management from Virginia Tech.
