Jaime Beck

Director of Administration

Jaime is Matrix Group’s Director of Administration, and she’s responsible for all the background stuff that keeps Matrix Group in motion – things like administrative and human resources support, client billing, recruitment and benefit plans.

Jaime started in 2005 as an assistant to the project managers and quickly moved up to the management team to become what we call the Director of Details. She’s been a key player in Matrix Group milestones ever since. No matter if it’s changing retirement and insurance plans or organizing joint events for Matrix Group and its clients, Jaime takes care of it. Even something as big as the office move in 2009 from Alexandria to Crystal City goes smoothly with Jaime to keep things organized and on time.

In her spare time, Jaime… wait a minute, what spare time? With two sons, her “spare” time has been replaced by “Mom, can you take me/get me/help me?” time – although some of that time is now devoted to her new dog! But when she does find a second or two, you might find her photographing, sketching portraits or hanging with friends and family.
