As Director of Client Services, Fair supervises Matrix Group's two multi-disciplined "super teams" in delivering web strategy, creative design, as well as web and mobile application development for the company's association, non-profit and commercial clients.
Known as Matrix Group's "Idea Launcher", Fair provides a more strategic vision to client projects, working closely with the company's project managers on ensuring clients' expectations are met, delivering projects on time and on budget, and more importantly, providing a more strategic direction with the clients' overall goals and vision in mind.

Since joining the agency, he has launched the websites and applications for some of Matrix Group's leading association and nonprofit clients, including the launch of an award winning Place +Memory Project, a crowd-sourced memory-sharing project; a redesign of The Foundation for the Accreditation for Cellular Therapy; and a multilingual website for the Carnegie Endowment.
Fair is also the Google Analytics Whiz at Matrix Group, understanding the ins and outs of the service to better help Matrix Group's clients analyze their website traffic beyond basic numbers.

When He's Not in the Office
When's not working, you may find Eric hanging out on a golf course, perfecting his golf swing, hiking around the area, enjoying one of his favorite novels or catching up the latest flick. When asked about his favorite place to dine in D.C.? "Anywhere in Del Ray," he says.
