The American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery needed to gear up for its annual meeting and tradeshow, which is a flagship event for its members. They came to Matrix Group for guidance in creating a site that showcased the spectrum of activities and opportunities that are part of the conference.
The team at Matrix Group:
- Developed a distinct color palette and style guide for the design, inspired by some of the printed materials for the conference.
- Created intuitive, task-driven navigation for users to register for the conference and find additional information
- Integrated social networking sites Twitter, Facebook, Flickr and Youtube into the new site, and worked with the team to establish best practices in line with their marketing and communication initiatives.
